A request: for healing

The Amidah's request for healing — “heal us and we shall be healed.” The blessing into which people add the names of those who are ill.

R'fa'enu Adonai v'nerafe, hoshi'enu v'nivashe'ah.

Heal us, Lord, and we shall be healed; save us, and we shall be saved.
