The “holy, holy, holy” the congregation says together, rising on its toes, during the leader's repetition of the Amidah — the words the prophets heard the angels say.

Kadosh, kadosh, kadosh Adonai Tz'va'ot, m'lo chol ha'aretz k'vodo.

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.
