Adon Olam
“Master of the world.” The hymn that ends the service, sung to a hundred different tunes — its first verses declare the God who was before, and will be after, all that is.
Adon olam asher malach, b'terem kol y'tzir nivra.
Master of the world, who reigned before any creature was created.
